MEET CLARE
I’ve always been interested in how businesses work and how they can work better.
I’m Clare, founder of New Leaf Business Solutions.
My background is in accounting, business management, operations and systems, and throughout my career I have always been drawn to solving problems and finding better ways of doing things.
I naturally look at how the different parts of a business work together. The people, the processes, the systems and the day to day operations. I like understanding what is working well, what is making things harder than they need to be and where some extra structure could make a real difference.
That is really where New Leaf came from.
I wanted to create a business where I could work alongside business owners, understand the bigger picture and help them put practical foundations in place that genuinely make their business easier to run.
For me, it is not about coming in and telling people how to run their business. It is about listening, understanding what they are trying to achieve and working together to build something that works for them.
I’m based in Mackay, Queensland and work with businesses locally and across Australia.
